Kate qualified from Birmingham University with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and has worked in the fitness industry for over 13 years. She is passionate about helping people make a difference to their lives through nourishment, movement and behaviour change.
Kate has continually studied and gained many other qualifications from nutrition and exercise to Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She has always had great results with her clients because she has addressed the underlying challenges which are the root cause of most behaviour. Kate has also held presentations and talks around her subject to clients, patients, peers and medical staff.
In the last 3 years Kate has been working more with people with type 2 diabetes and has developed a structured education programme which is undergoing full clinical research in collaboration with Birmingham University. Her work looks at helping patients improve their lifestyle and provides ongoing support.
